The thermostatically controlled loads has become an important resource for participating in the frequency adjustment service of the smart grid due to its flexible heat storage and large-scale occupancy ratio.Therefore,establishing a reasonable scheduling strategy to control large-scale temperature control load can provide a guarantee for the stable operation of the power grid.This paper mainly studies the dispatch strategy of the aggregate air conditioning load and optimization of user comfort.The research content has theoretical significance and practical application value for the development of the smart grid and the construction of the auxiliary service market.The main research results of this paper can be summarized as follows:First,a first-order differential equation which describes the operation characteristics of thermostatically controlled loads,and a bilinear aggregation model are presented.The operation characteristics of aggregated thermostatically controlled loads and two commonly control strategies are analyzed.Then,a hierarchical control strategy is proposed to solve the large-scale heterogeneous thermostatically controlled loads scheduling problem.The control strategy aims at minimizing the cost of the load agent to schedule multiple heterogeneous thermostatically controlled loads aggregators,where the cost of the load agent comprises the load management cost,load tracking effect cost and user-discomfort cost.At the same time,at the aggregator level,via introducing the bilinear aggregation model of air-conditioning load,the controller is designed and the approach rate is optimized.Finally,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimization problem,and the simulation verified that the hierarchical control strategy can provide frequency adjustment services while minimizing agent costs.Finally,in order to improve user comfort degree while protecting the privacy of user information as much as possible,a trading mechanism for the comfort degree of load aggregator is proposed based on game theory.A framework of transaction mechanism is proposed,the corresponding utility function is established,and an optimization solution algorithm is proposed.The fuzzy neural network is used to design the controller,which improves the control effect of the aggregated thermostatically controlled loads.The simulation verifies that the proposed transaction mechanism provides frequency adjustment services for the power grid system and improves user comfort.
