The frequency quality of power system is an important index to judge whether the running state of the system is safe and stable.With the continuous development of the power grid,the construction of the independent micro-grid is paid more and more attention.Considering the particularity and economy of island environment,from the perspective of generalized energy storage,a large number of temperature control loads with energy storage characteristics exist in micro-grid,with the continuous development of Internet and information technology,the cost of the implementation of control is reducing,actively adjust the power demand of the load,so as to coordinate with the power generation side,frequency stability and control is also possible.In this paper,the thermostatically controlled load of energy storage,such as electric water heater,refrigerator and air conditioner,is used as the research object.Firstly,several common load capacity characteristics of temperature control of the operating characteristics and the thermodynamic properties,and on this basis,put forward the individual physical model of temperature load and based on Monte Carlo simulation load aggregation model;secondly,through a detailed analysis of the main control mechanism of temperature load,puts forward a distributed control strategy and coordination control different temperature control strategies between load group cooperative control;thirdly,the temperature load as the response resources available for scheduling,into the scheduling control system,scheduling system structure optimization of load dispatching resources through the analysis with the temperature control,put forward optimal scheduling model of temperature load group,and the optimization results are analyzed;finally,the analysis of the storage independent micro operation control structure and control strategy of inverter power system,mainly on independent micro grid.The simulation model of preparation were studied in detail,and based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform to build independent micro grid model,through the analysis of simulation results,verified with the thermostatically controlled load group control the rationality and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
