| The new energy automobile cascaded converter system plays the role of energy conversion in the new energy vehicles processing of work,which will boost the inverter energy and boost inverter battery as required for motor vehicle auxiliary converter.It can boost battery energy conversion for the car load required,cascade converter the system is the necessary equipment for new energy vehicles,the efficiency is also very important in the processing of running.In this paper,the efficiency of cascaded converter system is analyzed and optimized.Efficiency optimization of auxiliary converter of vehicle,joined the clamp circuit in flyback topology basic,and uses synchronous rectification technology,the clamp circuit can reduce primary side switching loss,synchronous rectifier technology is adopted in the secondary side can reduce the switching loss and on state loss.After the analysis of the working process,the efficiency of the converter is simulated and calculated.Compared with the full bridge converter.It can be seen that the converter used in this paper has higher efficiency.The control strategy to boost inverter is chosen on the control strategy of SVPWM,and the working process is analyzed and calculated,analyzed and calculated in the three control strategy of SVPWM under sector judgment,vector time switch,switching time,improve the efficiency of the converter.Finally,through the MATLAB simulation,the efficiency of converter is given.In vehicle auxiliary converter and boost inverter working at the same time,this paper gives the car in the light load and heavy load efficiency,and briefly analyzed.The analysis shows that the cascade system efficiency in the two working state can reach 94.1% and 97% respectively. |
