At present,prestressed concrete beam bridge adopts "prefabricated section construction method" is still in its infancy in China.In the future,there will be great room for development and improvement in terms of technology and cost.Based on the review and analysis of the relevant data and research results of the segmented bridge,this thesis makes some research and attempts on the linear control method of the precast short-line method.For the Yueqing Bay cross-sea bridge that has been completed and opened to traffic,the key points The key technology of its construction control has been studied and analyzed carefully.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the current development status of segmented beam bridges in China,this article analyzes the problems that commonly exist in the construction process,and uses the "Yueqing Bay Cross-sea Bridge in Zhejiang Province" as an example of the project.The development process and trend are described,and how to use "BIM technology" to carry out "fine construction control" of segment beam bridges is discussed and studied in detail.(2)The technical points of prefabricated section beam construction using the "short line matching method" are introduced in detail.From the perspectives of "standard section section" and "variable section section",the process principles of linear control of segment beams using the "six-point method" and "four-point spacing method" are emphasized,and the beam transport is emphasized And storage quality control considerations.(3)Using Solid Works software to simulate and check the external beam system of segment beams.The calculation results have been verified in the actual construction of the Yueqing Bay Cross-sea Bridge.The stresses generated by the designed main beam during use are ? [?],Indicating that the strength of the precast formwork can meet the requirements;the deformation amount of the formwork system during the prefabrication of the segment beam is ? L / 400,and the verification results show that the accuracy required by the specifications and design can be achieved.(4)Discussed the assembly technology and quality control points of segment beams,and proved its feasibility in engineering construction practice.
