Research On Construction Technology Of Section Box-girder With Short-line Matching Method

Short-line match method construction technology of box girder is a construction technology in recent years quite novel, in 2003 China’s first use of this technique in Sutong bridge. This technology has the advantages of fast and flexible arrangement of precasting progress, high mechanization and automation, it can save a lot of manpower and material resources, and because each segment length 2-5M, without the precast yard is huge, the construction of the impact and damage to a minimum. Bridge construction in foreign countries, the technology has been more mature, at home, through the Sutong Yangtze River Highway Bridge, Xiamen Jimei bridge and Chongqi Yangtze River Highway Bridge and Nanjing fourth Yangtze River bridge construction site bridge improvement and innovation, short line matching construction technology of box girder is becoming more and more mature.In this paper, combined with the Nanjing fourth Yangtze River Bridge as an example, the construction technology of short line match method of segmental box girder of a comprehensive analysis and research.
