In 2005,China's aviation market began to open up,multiple Airlines launched diversified services,and the internal competition in the aviation industry intensified.In recent years,the development of other means of transportation,especially high-speed rail,has led to a huge external impact on the aviation industry.In the face of competitive pressure,Hainan Airlines must promote the co creation of customer participation value,continuously promote the promotion of products,enhance customer experience value and customer loyalty,promote Hainan Airlines to be in an advantageous position in the competition,and finally achieve the strategic goal of Hainan Airlines.For this reason,this paper takes Hainan Airlines as an example,takes the co creation of customer value of the company as the research topic,analyzes the system and method of CO creation of passenger value of the company,based on the dimension of CO creation of value,analyzes a series of influencing factors and results of CO creation of customer value of Hainan Airlines,and systematically expounds all relevant factors of CO creation of customer value.Based on the empirical analysis of the corporate image,economic demand,social integration demand,hedonic demand and unique demand in the co creation of customer value,this paper explores the co creation of customer value of Hainan Airlines.Finally,economic demand,social integration demand and enjoyment demand.Customer experience value can improve customer loyalty.Through the conclusion of value co creation research,this paper discusses the effective measures for Hainan Airlines to change its service mode,hoping to provide reference for the transformation from traditional operation mode to value co creation operation mode.
