Although On-street parking resources are an important part of urban parking,the negative effect of on-street parking can not be ignored.On-street parking will make traffic congestion and accident prone place.This paper studies the relationship between the on-street parking and the capacity of road,intersections and surrounding road networks.This paper mainly completed the following research:First and foremost,this paper analyzes the influence factors,objects,ways and mechanism of on-street parking.At the same time,the influence of on-street parking on the capacity of road network is clarified by consulting references,and it also analyzes the influence of on-street parking according to the traffic conditions and road conditions.Secondly,this paper constructs a model for the influence of on-street parking on capacity of road.At the same time,through the theory of vehicle flow fluctuation,the traffic wave models of upstream and downstream intersections are constructed.Based on the above model,the linear programming method is used to build the road network capacity calculation model under the road capacity,intersection capacity and limit of road parking.At last,this paper uses VISSIM to build a simulation road network.At the same time,some of the default parameters in VISSIM different from the traffic conditions in China.In order to ensure the accuracy of the simulation network,the parameters are calibrated according to the actual situation in China,and the simulation results were 12% higher than the calculated results.
