| With the progress of the times and the enhancement of national strength,the railway system is also developing and applying.The electric locomotive plays an important role in transportation.When it runs on the rail,the carbon slide plate of pantograph obtains the electric energy through the contact friction with the laid contact line to maintain the operation of the locomotive.The mechanical friction and electrical wear are caused by the sliding motion of the pantograph during the train running,and the thickness of the carbon sliding plate will gradually reduce.As a key part of the current collection,the carbon sliding plate of the pantograph needs to be replaced in time when it is worn to the limit value.If it is not replaced in time,the deformation and fracture of the sliding plate will occur,the separation of the pantograph and the collision of the pantograph and the catenary will occur,and the catenary will be damaged in a large area,affecting the iron The road transportation is normal,so it is very important to detect and repair the carbon slide plate of pantograph in time to make it contact with contact wire well.In this paper,a set of non-contact pantograph slide detection system based on image processing is designed to realize the automation of pantograph detection.The core content is to measure the thickness of pantograph wear by collecting the pantograph image,according to the computer vision principle,digital image processing and recognition theory,Firstly,according to the research status and methods of pantograph slide detection at home and abroad,the basic scheme of pantograph wear detection system which combines line structured light and image processing is selected.Secondly,according to the measurement environment and the actual measurement requirements,the hardware system is built and selected.Through the line laser scanning of the pantograph,the center of the laser fringes in the picture is extracted and assembled to get the pantograph outline.In view of the collection picture is easy to be interfered by the scene light,haze and other environmentalinterference in the railway system,an MSRCR enhancement algorithm based on HSV space is proposed to increase the image Strong filter preprocessing can improve the image quality degradation caused by environmental interference,and lay a foundation for the following contour extraction of pantograph.Then the image is segmented and extracted by line structured light,the center of light stripe is spliced,and the binary image of pantograph contour is obtained by morphological processing.Finally,the thickness of carbon slide plate is calculated by combining the calibration results of Zhang’s calibration and line structured light,and the measurement system is automated.The measurement system is convenient and fast,and the accuracy can meet the technical index requirements and industry standards of railway pantograph detection.. |
