With the increase of service time of high-speed railway and complex environmental impacts in different regions,ballastless track which carries train operation has inevitably presented different types and different degrees of diseases,thereby affecting structure durability and threatening the driving safety.In order to meet the rapid,accurate,friendly and effective needs of expression and management for the huge disease detection information of ballastless track in the future,visualization of ballastless track diseases information was developed purposefully,which contributes to understand disease information,develop quickly maintenance strategies and ensure the safety of high-speed railway operation.Firstly,based on the characteristics and application of many common visualization technologies,technical adaptability about management and visualizationof diseases information was analysed.Secondly,disease information models were built based on the Revit platform and database contents were designed by taking SQL Server as management system.Finally,Revit secondary development was completed with C# language by taking Revit API as the basis and using Visual Studio as front-end development tool.In this way,managing and visualizing information centrally can be achieved to make a useful exploration in this filed by designing the interface of diseases information management system of high-speed railway ballastless track.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the parametric modeling function of Revit software,a variety of information model families which include three dimensional model of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track,simple model of common observable diseases and simulated damage model of hidden disease for the managing and expressing ballastless track diseases were established as the premise of model visualization.(2)According to the requirement analysis of information visualization,the data tables for saving account information and related detection information of observable diseases and hidden disease were established in SQL Server database as the basis ofdata management.(3)For the purpose of rapid establishment of visual model,the functions of disease families’ automatic loading,creating instances and enhancing visual effect for observable diseases,and the functions of creating damage cloud map were designed innovatively for hidden diseases in Revit software by Revit secondary development.(4)For the purpose of managing and visualizing information integrally,the interface of information management system was developed in Revit software,the model information can be viewed by invoking the established visual model.And the functions of visualizing disease locations’ distribution and invoking text or picture messages were designed to realize visualization of diseases information in various aspects.(5)The model of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track in the straight segment of high-speed railway on the bridge was established by simulation.The relevant visualization models were quickly established and diseases information was centrally managed and visualized in the system interface based on the designed function.In this way,the feasibility and effectiveness of research method in this paper for the actual project can be proved.
