With the structure design of aircraft becomes more and more sophisticated in the rapid development era of electronic and computer technologies,The optimization methods of structural strength test continue to spring up.It should be need more accurate in the structure test data of the aircraft when the number of strain measurement points in static test increased greatly.Traditional methods of the strain gauge installation and its information management tools can no longer meet the requirements of large and complex static tests.How to grasp the static test strain measurement problems,it is a very important work that the optimize technologies of the strain measurement in all aspects and improving the test strain data collection are need to be researched for analyzing these problems.In this paper,we find out the weak link of technology by studying each link of current static test strain measurement.We propose a set of static test 3D visual patch information management platform scheme.Then,the data model and architecture of the platform are designed.Lastly,we accomplish the system platform based on CATIA software development and test it.The main work of this paper involves the following contents:1.Overall design of the information management platform is done by analyzed the requirements and functions of the platform system.Main works are the system architecture design,database design and the overall technical scheme selection of the system.2.The designs of strain gauge data model and data structure,include the data model of strain gauge,the data architecture of the system,the data storage mechanism of strain gauge,each data mode structures of the system are done.3.The works of design and implementation of 3D visual strain gauge are done.The properties of strain gauge are defined,and secondary development is carried out based on CATIA software to realize functions such as creation,editing,import,export and release of strain gauge data model.4.Design and development of strain gauge data management system are done.Main works are the design and implement of basic data management,such as attribute and installation status of strain gauge,management of affiliated test project,identification data management,theoretical data management,test data management,data sharing,monitoring configuration and other functions,etc.5.Last,it is the function test of platform system.Installation of strain gauge and testing of strain gauge data management system is done,and then test its functional models in the 3D visualization CATIA design environment.
