The use of wedge-shaped rubber pads can improve the wheel-rail relationship and change the stress state of each component of the fastener system.However,the impact on the mechanical properties of the fastener system is unclear.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of wedge-shaped rubber pads on the mechanical properties of the fastener system.This article takes the elastic strip type ? fastener system as the research object,adopts three slope ratio wedge rubber pads of 0,1/80 and 1/40,and uses non-contact optical 3D test system,stress distribution test system and mechanical performance test bench and other instruments.Under the condition of constant vertical force,the effects of different vertical to horizontal ratios on rail traverse,spring bar strain,and wedge rubber pad stress distribution were studied.Based on the test environment of the fastener system,a finite element model of the rail fastener system was established,and the effects of lateral horizontal forces on rail traverse,spring strip stress,and wedge-shaped rubber pad stress distribution were analyzed.The test and simulation results were compared to further reveal the different slopes.Effect of specific wedge-shaped rubber pads on the mechanical properties of fastener systems.The main conclusions are:(1)The application of large lateral horizontal forces has a greater impact on rail traverse and torsion.In terms of rail traverse,when the fastener installation torque is130 N·m,using 1/80 and 1/60 slope ratio wedge rubber pads can effectively suppress rail traverse;in terms of rail torsion,increasing bolt torque,using 1/80 And wedge-shaped rubber pads with a slope ratio of 1/60 can effectively suppress rail torsion;(2)The application of a small lateral horizontal force has little effect on the stress distribution of the wedge rubber pad and the strain law of the elastic strip.In terms of the stress distribution of the wedge-shaped rubber pad,under a small lateral horizontal force,the 1/40 slope ratio of the wedge-shaped rubber pad can effectivelyrestrain the rail's lateral movement while maintaining a uniform stress distribution;in terms of the elastic strain,a smaller horizontal horizontal force is applied.The amplitude and strain value of the elastic strain of the elastic strip with a 1/40 slope ratio wedge rubber pad is the smallest;(3)Under a small horizontal horizontal force,the 1/80 slope ratio wedge rubber pad can effectively restrain the rail from lateral movement and torsion,while maintaining the rubber pad stress uniformly distributed;under a small horizontal horizontal force,the 1/40 slope ratio wedge rubber The pad effectively restrains the rail from translation and torsion,the spring bar strain changes are small,and the rubber pad stress is distributed uniformly,while maintaining the rail shape,it does not damage the fastener system;(4)When the lateral horizontal force is small,using a wedge rubber pad with a larger slope ratio will also increase the stress value of the elastic strip.After increasing the bolt torque,the use of three kinds of slope ratio wedge-shaped rubber pads cannot effectively suppress the rail translation.
