Pantograph is one of the important parts of electric locomotive.The carbon slide plate of pantograph is raised to a certain height by the cylinder pressure of the locomotive,and then the electric energy is obtained from the contact network to promote the locomotive operation.Indirect contact force of pantograph and catenary is an important parameter to reflect the relationship between pantograph and catenary.The contact force between pantograph and catenary will directly affect the current collection quality and safe driving of the locomotive.If the contact force is too small,the service life of the carbon sliding plate will be damaged.If the contact force is too small,the sliding plate will be easily separated from the catenary,causing arcing,even burning off the catenary,causing driving accidents.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a set of equipment which can monitor the pantograph catenary contact force during the locomotive operation in real time.In this paper,according to the field investigation,combined with the characteristics of fiber Bragg grating and sensing characteristics,a dynamic contact force monitoring system based on Fiber Bragg grating sensing is designed to make up for the shortcomings and shortcomings of the existing contact force monitoring equipment.The system uses multiple groups of Bragg grating as sensors,combined with Snyder bridge weighing principle,and uses the center wavelength shift of grating to monitor and judge the contact force and contact position of pantograph and catenary,so as to achieve the purpose of pantograph and catenary monitoring.This system is divided into two parts: upper computer and lower computer.The FBGA demodulation module produced by bayspec company is the core part of the hardware system of the lower computer,which mainly completes the collection and processing of the reflected spectrum wavelength data of the grating sensor and the communication with the upper computer.The upper computer uses Lab VIEW as the main design platform of the system software part,completes the connection and data communication with the FBGA demodulation module,processes the spectral data sent by the lower computer,completes the conversion from the reflection spectrum pixel point to the wavelength,calculates the pantograph catenary contact force and judges the pantograph catenary contact position.In addition,the upper computer also designed the database storage system and human-computer interface,users can view all kinds of data stored in the database at any time.A set of dynamic contact force monitoring system designed in this paper can accurately reflect the size and position of contact force of pantograph and catenary after testing and joint debugging.Although there are some errors with the actual value,they are all within the reliable range,and the monitoring system has achieved the expected effect. |
