The gray surface area of photovoltaic cells will cause about 5 ~ 25% loss of power generation.The photovoltaic cleaning robot can effectively clean the surface of photovoltaic cells,which has the characteristics of high efficiency and good safety.In photovoltaic cleaning systems,wireless communication technology is used to realize the transfer of information such as control instructions for each photovoltaic robot and the central control background.It is one of the core technologies of photovoltaic cleaning robot systems.Aiming at the current wireless communication problem of photovoltaic cleaning robots,this article combines Long Rang(LoRa)communication technology to design and implement a photovoltaic cleaning robot communication system based on LoRa technology.The paper analyzes the needs of photovoltaic cleaning robots and designs the system architecture diagram,completes the software and hardware design of each part,and at the same time aims at low power consumption,and designs in software to reduce the system power consumption.On this basis,the communication system of the photovoltaic cleaning robot is completed,and the system performance and the whole machine are tested.The details are as follows:(1)According to the application requirements of photovoltaic cleaning robots,the communication system design of photovoltaic cleaning robots was completed,and the hardware and software design and implementation of the system’s sensing layer and network layer modules were implemented and debugged.(2)A method of parameter optimization and selection based on simulated annealing algorithm,genetic algorithm,and improved genetic algorithm is proposed,and the parameters that minimize the power consumption of the system under the conditions of transmission distance and robustness are selected through comparison to achieve the system’s The overall performance is optimal;a multi-modal working mode is designed to meet the photovoltaic cleaning robot,which further reduces the power consumption of the system and achieves the longest battery life.(3)Test the distance and power consumption of the LoRa communication system,and then perform the whole test of the photovoltaic cleaning robot based on the LoRa communication system in combination with the first-generation photovoltaic cleaning robot.The field test test results show that the LoRa communication system designed in this paper has the characteristics of long communication distance,low power consumption,and stable system,which can meet the requirements of photovoltaic cleaning robots,achieve the purpose of remote control,and have useful value.
