| With the development of modernization,the proportion of construction industry in various energy consumption industries has increased.Passive ultra-low energy consumption building,as a more efficient and energy-saving building type,is an important field in the development of building energy saving and application in various countries.In China,passive ultra-low energy consumption building is also gradually developing.However,due to the regional,residents’ living habits,building types and other differences,the development of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China has a certain uniqueness.There are few mature experiences that can be used for reference in China’s national conditions,and China’s vast territory,the climate differences among the five climate zones are large,so it is impossible to achieve a unified building energy consumption standard.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop different index systems of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings for different climate regions in China.Based on the above background,this paper takes Wuhan residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter as the research object.According to the research,the typical plane form of Wuhan residential buildings is selected,and the symmetrical and asymmetrical residential buildings are taken as the basic model.The research content is mainly divided into the following four parts:(1)With the help of GA algorithm and parametric design platform,a simulation optimization and verification platform for Wuhan residential building parameters is established,and an important combination method of genetic algorithm and simulation platform is proposed.(2)Simplify the calculation parameters,analyze the mean value,signal-to-noise ratio,variance and contribution rate of many parameters that affect the building energy consumption,and select the parameters that have a larger contribution rate to the building energy consumption as the calculation variables in the later simulation.(3)According to the code DB42 / T 559-2013 of the standard for energy conservation design of low energy consumption residential buildings in Hubei Province,based on the established building simulation optimization platform and the standard of energy consumption limit in the technical guidelines for passive ultra low energy consumption green buildings(Trial),Using Ladybug tools of Grasshopper platform to call Openstudio software,energy consumption simulation and data analysis are carried out with the minimization of total energy consumption per unit area as a single objective and the minimization of cooling and heating energy consumption per unit area as a multi-objective,observing the range of architectural design parameters that meet the requirements of the objective function.(4)In view of the optimal collocation of the design parameters of the building form obtained from the above analysis,the appropriate value range of the thermal performance parameters of the enclosure structure of different building forms is obtained by simulation,so as to alleviate the energy consumption pressure in the construction stage.Finally,according to the appropriate values of the parameters obtained from the analysis,the design strategy of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings for different building forms is proposed,and suggestions are put forward for the promotion of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in Wuhan in the future. |
