| In today’s economic globalization and integration,many Chinese engineering enterprises actively expand the overseas construction project market.They adopted EPC general contracting mode and participated in the construction of large-scale power plant projects.Oman SLL Overseas EPC project is located on the Arabian coast,about three kilometers from the port,which is a two-tow-one combined cycle power plant project.The project is composed of civil engineering,boiler,steam engine,electrical,thermal,inspection and welding,machinery,anti-corrosion and heat preservation sub-contracting business.The general contracting enterprise is responsible for arranging and supervising the specific work of each subcontracting enterprise.For subcontracted civil engineering enterprises,in the process of construction management,they are faced with the problem of cost out of control.Taking the civil construction of this project as an example,combined with the cost data collected,this paper makes in-depth research on the implementation of cost plan,inspection,deviation analysis,cause search,deviation correction measures formulation and so on.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it can help subcontracting engineering enterprises and general contracting enterprises to effectively control construction costs and achieve economic benefits.At present,Oman SLL Overseas EPC project is in the stage of civil construction.In this paper,earned value method is used to calculate the implementation deviation of the construction cost plan in the first eight months of the project.In view of the causes of the deviation,cost control measures are put forward.The main research contents of this paper include: Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research methods and innovation points,analyses the theoretical basis of EPC project cost control,and summarizes the meaning,principles,classification,steps and methods of EPC project cost control.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of Oman SLL overseas EPC project,analyses its cost composition,and summarizes the basic situation of construction management of civil subcontracting business of theproject.Thirdly,this paper analyses the monitoring method of the implementation of civil construction cost plan of SLL overseas EPC project in Oman.Earned value method is used to analyze the cost plan and actual cost of the project in the first eight months of civil construction.In view of the cost deviation,the reasons are analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward the control measures of the deviation in the implementation of the project cost plan,including improving the efficiency of cost organization and management,paying attention to the construction of cost control system,strengthening the resource scheduling management of the construction site,doing a good job in the collaborative control of cost and schedule,and designs a set of cost data inspection and correction mechanism for the follow-up project.This paper takes Oman SLL overseas EPC project as a case and civil engineering subcontracting business as a typical representative to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the cost management in the construction process,which has important theoretical research significance and practical guidance significance... |
