Universities In A New Area Of Civil Engineering Construction Project Cost Management Research

Since the beginning of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of market economy and the gradual progress of urbanization,the market competition of civil engineering is becoming more and more intense.Competition civil engineering market growing,companies can remain invincible in the competition in the market,the key is whether enterprises can provide society with high quality,short duration,low cost building products.Relative to the domestic construction companies,foreign multinational construction company in the most advanced management experience and models,they have strong competitiveness,which we project cost management of construction enterprises put forward higher requirements.Therefore,our construction enterprises need more progress in the process of cost control in the construction stage.At present,the construction enterprises in our country usually reduce the price very low in order to be able to win the bid during the bidding stage,but it is necessary to increase the project cost as much as possible in the construction stage.Such an unhealthy way of competition not only reduces the interests of the investors,but also causes bad consequences to the reputation of the construction enterprises themselves,and will also reduce their competitiveness.Generally speaking,this mode is very unfavorable for the sustainable development of construction enterprises.The article mainly takes the civil engineering construction project of A University New Area as an example,and studies the whole process of the project cost management.The whole process cost management method is adopted,aiming at the implementation stage of the project,including the bidding stage,the construction stage and the completion stage,to carry out the research of the project cost management process.The actual cost management points and implementation process of each stage are explained and analyzed in detail.The earned value method is used to study the process of construction cost management at construction stage,providing a reference for similar projects.
