There are many kinds and models of couplings.Different types and types of couplings have different performance.Nowadays,the related research of mechanical transmission is becoming more and more mature.As the key component of the transmission system,the coupling should be properly optimized in the structure to adapt to the new mechanical system,so as to realize the common development and innovation with the overall structure.The new type of tripod rod sliding ball universal coupling studied in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,high economy,low internal wear and high lubrication effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the structure diagram of the model,establish a space coordinate system,use the direction cosine transform matrix method to study the movement law of internal components,and study the movement law of internal components in the space coordinate system under the angle between different axes,The displacement,velocity and acceleration of the sliding ball and the trigeminal rod and the angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the output shaft,and finally using Motion analysis,with the angle between different axes as variables,the displacement and velocity of the sliding ball and the trigeminal rod Perform motion simulation with acceleration and angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the output shaft.(2)According to the structure diagram of the model,establish the corresponding spatial coordinate system,use the direction cosine transform matrix method to obtain the force of the sliding ball,the trigeminal rod and the output shaft,and establish the corresponding mechanical balance equation,according to the corresponding balance The equation builds a mechanical analysis model,sets the corresponding parameters,uses Origin software for data processing,and uses the angle between different axes as variables to study the force variation rules of the sliding ball,the trigeminal rod,and the output shaft.(3)Use Based on the analysis results,two kinds of structural optimization schemes are proposed for the contact surface of the sliding ball and the fork bar respectively: the transverse optimization of the contact surface between the sliding ball and the slide way and the longitudinal optimization of the contact surface between the sliding ball and the slide way;the transverse optimization of the contact surface between the Trident bar and the slide ball and the Trident bar and the slide way Longitudinal optimization of ball contact surface.The friction force of the optimized structure is analyzed by ADAMS software,and the optimal structure is obtained by comparing the analysis results.(4)Analyze and study the grease lubrication characteristics of the new trigeminal sliding ball type universal coupling,taking isothermal and temperature rise as the main research directions respectively,according to the grease lubrication control equation,by reorganizing the Reynolds equation,the corresponding basic Parametric equations,and numerically analyze them to study the variation of their results,and analyze the film thickness and pressure of the lubricating film under the conditions of isothermal and temperature rise,different speed,different axis angles and different grease rheological indexes The law of influence provides a theoretical basis for related research.
