Research On Spatial Optimization Strategy Of "Three Basic Space" In Yanliang Rural District From The Perspective Of Farmers' Satisfaction

Since 2004,the communist party of China central committee and the state council have issued the no.1 document focusing on rural work for 16 consecutive years.The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the key issue that China's central government no.1 document keeps paying attention to,which is not only a social issue but also an economic issue.Rural areas are not only the main place for farmers to produce and live,but also the material basis for urban residents to survive.In addition,rural communities in recent years in the living environment optimization and promotion,rural planning from the bottom up,public participation,rural space optimization,ecological civilization construction and other aspects of the appeal.At present,some research results have been made on the "three basic space" in rural areas,but few studies have been made on the specific village level.This research adopts literature research,field research,grounded theory,questionnaire,interview,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,IPA,such as research methods,with Yanliang rural areas "three basic" space as the research object,10 village survey data samples for evaluation basis,Binhe village,for the empirical case,combined with multi-source data,such as satellite images,statistical yearbook,the integrated use of various software in perspective of rural farmers satisfaction "three basic" space optimization strategy research.Firstly,the grounded theory was used to conduct in-depth interviews,and the spatial satisfaction evaluation model of "three basic space" was constructed.Based on the results of the survey on the satisfaction of farmers' "three basic" space,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics and existing problems of the "three basic space" in rural areas of yanliang,and finds that the "three basic" space in rural areas of Yanliang presents an overall relationship of "life as the core,production as the base,mutual biting and function complex".The living space presents the characteristics of "high satisfaction of basic space,low satisfaction of additional space and complex space function".The production space is characterized by high spatial satisfaction of the primary industry,low spatial satisfaction of the secondary and tertiary industries and low spatial satisfaction of the polluting industries.The ecological space is characterized by "full green coverage,insufficient landscape maintenance and poor water space".Secondly,based on the spatial satisfaction evaluation model of farmers' "three basic space",fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IPA analysis method were used to evaluate the spatial satisfaction survey results of farmers' "three basic space" in rural areas of Yanliang district.To score the satisfaction of a single factor;By ranking the importance of the evaluation factors,the satisfaction and attention of the 20 factors were obtained,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the satisfaction of "three basic space" in Yanliang rural area was 3.07.Draw the quadrant chart of "satisfy-attention",and find that the inferior area of "three basic space" in Yanliang rural area is the production road space and fitness space.The improvement area is water space,cultural entertainment space,breeding space,landscape maintenance,commercial service space,processing and manufacturing space.Then puts forward the optimization strategy of "three basic" space in Yanliang district respectively from the regional level,the town level and the village level.Finally,based on the above research,empirical research on the village scale was carried out.On the basis of analysis and investigation,Binhe village,Xinxing street,Yanliang district,was selected as the typical research object in the village area to study the spatial optimization strategy of "three basic space" in the village from the perspective of farmers' satisfaction.The first part,"basic research",includes chapters 1 and 2.Firstly,the research background,significance,object and related concepts are introduced,and the research framework and applicable research methods are determined.Then,through the system of rural construction at home and abroad and "three basic" space related theoretical research,and build a multi-level,multi-perspective theoretical framework.Secondly,the author introduces the science of human settlement environment,the theory of spatial activities of farmers,the theory of landscape ecology,the theory of satisfaction,and the grounded theory,which are closely related to this paper.Finally,the successful cases of rural construction at home and abroad are summarized.The second part,"current situation research",is the third chapter.First of all,this chapter summarizes the general characteristics of rural space in Yanliang district from four aspects: natural environment,social economy,village space and "three basic" space.Secondly,it classifies the villages in Yanliang area from multiple perspectives,and constructs the spatial land classification system of "three basic space".Then,based on the grounded theory,the satisfaction evaluation model of "three basic" space is constructed to determine the evaluation factor system of "three basic" space in the sample village.Then from the overall level and sub-level of the sample village "three basic" space to summarize the current characteristics of the sample village "three basic" space,extract the overall relationship connotation of the sample village "three basic" space: life as the core,production as the base,mutual bite,function complex.Finally,the paper summarizes the spatial problem of "three basic space" in villages in Yanliang district based on the investigation results of farmers' satisfaction.The third part "countermeasure research" is the fourth chapter.Firstly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IPA analysis method were used to evaluate the survey results on the spatial satisfaction of "three basic space" in rural areas of Yanliang district,and the comprehensive evaluation value of "three basic space" in rural areas of Yanliang district was 3.07.Draw the quadrant chart of typical research object in the village area,and the spatial optimization strategy of "three basic space" was studied from the perspective of farmers' satisfaction.The fifth part,"conclusion and outlook",is the last chapter.First,summarize the previous research conclusions: the rural areas of Yanliang present the characteristics of "production-life dominant,ecology weak" of the proportion of three spatial land use,and the overall relationship connotation of "life as the core,production as the base,ecology as the zone,intergrated,function complex".Draw out the "attention-satisfaction" quadrants of "three basic" space in Yanliang rural area,and get the urgency and importance ranking of "three basic" space in Yanliang villages based on the survey of satisfaction and attention.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of "three basic" space in rural area,town area and village area.Then,the paper summarizes the innovation points of the research: the grounded theory is adopted to construct the evaluation model of rural household satisfaction in the "three basic" space;The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the "three basic" in rural areas.From the perspective of farmers' satisfaction,the paper analyzes the satisfaction of "three basic" space in Yanliang rural area from the bottom up.This paper puts forward the spatial optimization strategy of "three basic space" in Yanliang district from the aspects of district,town and village.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of this paper,three optimization directions are proposed: in-depth research scale,increasing the sample size,increasing the number of empirical objects and expanding the research dimension.
