Taiyuan City Park Based On Residents’ Perception Research On Satisfaction Evaluation And Promotion Strategy

The focus of urban construction has gradually changed from incremental expansion to inventory improvement.As an important place for urban residents to carry out leisure and entertainment and improve their spiritual life,urban parks are also an indispensable space for stock optimization in the city.It plays an important role in improving urban ecological environment,urban leisure environment and public health.As a quantitative measure of park service level and residents’ demand,residents’ satisfaction with parks plays an important role in effectively improving the quality of urban parks.Therefore,from the perspective of residents’ perceived satisfaction,to explore the optimization of Taiyuan city park has scientific guiding significance for the construction of urban park satisfying residents.Taking Taiyuan City Park as an example,this study adopted the qualitative and quantitative research methods,guided by the grounded theory,and constructed the evaluation system of residents’ perceived satisfaction in Taiyuan City Park.The Internet crawler technology was used to collect the residents’ comment data and travel notes from 17 urban parks that have been built and are highly used by residents in Taiyuan City.Then,using grounded theory,the data were coded word by word at three levels to extract the factors affecting the perceived satisfaction of park residents.Combined with the results of ROST-CM6 word frequency analysis,a conceptual model of perception satisfaction evaluation was initially constructed,and finally a satisfaction evaluation system of Taiyuan urban parks was obtained,which was composed of five perception dimensions,namely location condition,landscape resources,infrastructure,leisure environment and management services,and 32 evaluation indexes.Based on the analysis of parks in six urban areas of Taiyuan City,Yingze Park,Jinyang Lake Park and Forest Park,which have a wide range of services,large flow of people and a large number of review data,are selected as the object of in-depth study.Through the content analysis method,the empirical evaluation research is carried out on the network comment data and questionnaire data.The high-frequency words analysis,travel characteristics analysis,semantic network analysis,emotional characteristics analysis and IPA analysis are carried out.The conclusion is that residents’ perceived satisfaction with Taiyuan City Park is basically in a satisfied state,showing positive and positive emotions.Among them,the common problems of Yingze Park,Jinyang Lake Park and Forest park are as follows: infrastructure,recreation environment and management service.Specifically,there is no significant difference between the network text data and the questionnaire data in the satisfaction of various evaluation indicators,but there is a difference in the importance,which is mainly caused by the difference in the definition of importance of the two data.It is feasible and credible to study residents’ perceived satisfaction through online comment data and questionnaire data.The two kinds of data can complement each other and the results can be verified each other,thus improving the accuracy,comprehensiveness and timeliness of the evaluation results.Based on the results of data analysis,the optimization strategy of Taiyuan city park is put forward,including optimizing the spatial layout design,strengthening the cultural construction,improving the infrastructure and improving the management system.Finally,landscape design practice is carried out with Taiyuan Xinfen Park as an example,which provides a certain reference for the optimization research of Taiyuan City park.
