Research On Tourists’ Perceived Satisfaction Evaluation Of Wuhan Lake Park Based On Grounded Theory

As one of the important urban blue and green space types,Lake Park plays an irreplaceable role in improving the public health living standard and enhancing social welfare.With the comprehensive promotion of the planning and construction of the “ three lines and one road ” of urban lakes in Wuhan,the construction of Urban Lake Park is placed in the important position to realize the goal of the optimization of the environment in the central city.It emphasizes that a number of urban parks with recreational functions should be built while protecting lakes to improve the urban ecology and recreation environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the evaluation of tourists’ perception and satisfaction from the public perspective to improve the ecological and recreational functions,enhance social well-being and improve the construction of Lake Park.Based on the tourists’ perspective,taking Wuhan Lake Park as an example,the paper explores the tourists’ perception and satisfaction evaluation of urban lake park by using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Firstly,based on the theory of tourists perception,the tourist perception model of Lake Park is constructed by using the Internet crawler technology to crawl the travel records and comments data of 18 established Lakes Park in Wuhan Central City.The three-level programmed coding process of root theory is used to extract the influencing factors that affect the tourists’ perception,The paper extracts the evaluation dimensions of tourists’ satisfaction and 26 evaluation indexes including accessibility,spatial scale and surrounding supporting facilities,including layout and location,park environment,management and maintenance,public facilities,activity experience,landscape resources and health recovery.Secondly,three typical urban lake parks,Northwest Lake Park,Moon Lake Park and Shahu Park,are selected as research cases.The travel characteristics,semantic analysis and emotion analysis of the network text data are analyzed by content analysis.According to the emotion dictionary and Likert five component table method,the satisfaction score of the network text is assigned and quantified,and the network satisfaction of tourists is calculated to analyze the “Impotence Performance Analysis(IPA)”,and the factors that should be taken into consideration in improving the service level of each park are identified.On this basis,through the field questionnaire survey,the results and methods of network data analysis are verified and compared.On this basis,through the field survey,the results and methods of network data analysis are verified and compared,and the tourists’ perception and satisfaction evaluation of the lake park are summarized by integrating the network data and the results of questionnaire survey.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The common problems of Northwest Lake Park,Moon Lake Park and Shahu park are park environment,management and maintenance,public facilities and activities,but the specific indicators and importance are different.The rest facilities in the Northwest Lake Park,the clean and tidy environment and plant maintenance in the Moon Lake Park,and the clean and tidy environment,lake water quality,plant maintenance and rest facilities in the Shahu Park are of high importance,but low satisfaction,which should be the focus of transformation and improvement.(2)There is a strong correlation between the overall satisfaction of tourists and the loyalty of tourists.It can improve the overall satisfaction of tourists through improving the satisfaction of various dimensions and indicators,and then promote the tourists to produce recommendation and re tour behavior,and maintain the loyalty of tourists so that the urban park can be used by the people.(3)It is credible to use network data to carry out the research on Lake Park tourists’ perceived satisfaction.Therefore,both network data and field questionnaire survey can be used to evaluate Lake Park tourists’ perceived satisfaction,but they have their own advantages and disadvantages,and should complement each other.For example,the use of network data to measure tourists’ perceived satisfaction,questionnaire survey to calculate the importance of each index for IPA analysis,save manpower and material resources at the same time,improve the accuracy of the results.This paper aims to explore the impact of lake park visitors’ perceived satisfaction index system and the shortcomings of the case park.Through improving the park environment,creating a comfortable atmosphere,improving public facilities,meeting the use needs,relying on characteristic activities,enriching the park experience,strengthening the park management and protection,promoting sustainable development and other specific optimization suggestions,To provide theoretical support for improving tourists’ perceived satisfaction.
