Ultra-high-rise buildings have become quite common in major cities in China.With the breakthrough of building height,the structural form is becoming more and more complex,and the difficulty of wind and seismic design of corresponding structures is gradually increasing.Structural design is directly related to people’s life safety and building quality,so it is particularly important to study and analyze the safety of structural design of super high-rise buildings to ensure their reliability under earthquake.In this paper,a super high-rise building in Qingdao is taken as the research object.The project has four stories underground and 70 stories above ground.The height of328.6m belongs to super B-level building.The structure is composed of concrete filled steel tube frame,cantilever truss and steel reinforced concrete core tube.The center of core tube is offset from the tower.According to the characteristics of the project,the basic design,structural system,performance objectives and strengthening measures adopted for the tower are mainly introduced.The structure is modeled and calculated by using ETABS of structural analysis software CSI and YJK1.8.2.2 edition of Beijing Yingjianke building structure calculation software.Small earthquake elastic analysis and elastic time history analysis are carried out under the action of frequent earthquakes;medium earthquake stress and deformation analysis under the action of fortification intensity earthquakes;large earthquake equivalent elastic response analysis under the action of rare earthquakes;finally,high-performance structural dynamic elastic-plastic calculation software PKPM-SAUSAGE is used to analyze building structures in rare condition.Elasto-plastic analysis of large vibration under earthquake action.The results show that the energy dissipation mechanism of the tower structure is reasonable afterappropriate strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts and components,so that the seismic performance of the tower structure is good,the calculation indexes are ideal,and the performance condition after the action of large earthquake waves can meet the requirements of the seismic performance objectives.
