| The rapid development of the urban centralized puts forward new requirements for high-rise building,a large part of the height of the high-rise building and structure complexity than the value of the current regulations and norms,which formed a variety of horizontal or vertical irregularity,building height to width ratio,high conversion or multiple complex transfinite high-rise structure.Due to the problems such as irregular torsion,discontinuous floor,sudden stiffness,weak torsional stiffness and high position conversion,the seismic design of the structure is more demanding,so it is particularly important to carry out performance-based seismic design and structural optimization adjustment for the over-limit high-rise building.In this paper,the characteristics and recent development of over-limit high-rise buildings at home and abroad are summarized,and the principles and methods of seismic performance-based design for over-limit high-rise buildings are reviewed.Combined with specific engineering examples,the structural modeling is carried out based on YJK software and ETABS software.The overall performance analysis,wind and moderate earthquake elastic analysis,wind and moderate earthquake component elastic analysis and large earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure are carried out,and the weak parts of the structure are optimized and adjusted.In this paper,we study the main conclusions are as follows: according to the current structure design codes,based on principles of structural design optimization selection conforms to the seismic performance of structures and components,and strong earthquakes in the small earthquakes,such as different earthquake under the action of the overrun of the high-level structure the analysis and checking calculation of various performance goals,and to adjust some of the weak position of the structure optimization;The optimized structural components all meet the requirements of the code,and the structural system is more safe and reliable.Relevant optimization measures can provide a certain reference for the seismic design of the same type of over-limit structures. |
