There are many advantages for assembled steel structure building,such as good economy,strong seismic performance,high space utilization,energy conservation and environmental protection,which confirms to the direction of the modernization of China's construction industry.In recent years,it has been attracting increasing attention from researchers in the engineering field.However,due to lacking of enough innovative research about assembled steel structure building structure,there are a lot of problems about the design theory and method,industrialization level of prefabricated components and green construction technology for assembled steel structure building,therefore,it is urgent to carry out optimization design research on assembled steel structures.In this paper,based on the design principles of assembled steel structure and the basic concept of structural optimization design,considering the influence of steel properties,welding processing quality and structural measures,a series of optimization designs are carried out to an assembled steel frame-structure.The specific research contents and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Through the introduction and analysis of the research status and structural system of prefabricated steel structures,it is concluded that the use of prefabricated steel structures in future residential buildings will become more and more popular.By introducing the optimization methods and theories of prefabricated steel structure design,it provides ideas and basis for the structural optimization design of prefabricated steel structure houses in Huimin community.The structure optimization design of prefabricated steel structure residence was carried out by the methods of sizeoptimization,section optimization and topology optimization.(2)Based on the project background of Huimin community in Penglai City,Shandong Province,based on the first use of cold-formed steel tube concrete columns in high-rise buildings,the cross-sectional dimensions and processing methods of load-bearing members such as beams and columns were optimized to reduce the self-weight of the members,and welding effects on the load-bearing performance of components.The structural details of beam-column connection node were optimized to increase the stiffness of connection and improve the convenience of transportation.The layout of lateral supports in frame structure was optimized to effectively improve the ability of structure to resist strong earthquake and wind load,ensuring the safety of structure in service time.(3)The structural models with and without optimization were analyzed by using design software,and the rigidity-weight ratio,shear-weight ratio,story drift and maximum story drift angle of the models with and without optimization were compared to verify the validity of the optimization design method.Through economic evaluation and analysis of the optimized model of structural design,it is found that the amount of model concrete after structural design optimization is reduced by 3.617%,the amount of reinforcing steel is reduced by 4.786%,and the amount of steel is reduced by 10.614%.The material cost of Building 1 # is reduced by about 122,000 yuan,and the material cost of the entire Huimin community project is saved by about 880,000 yuan.It shows that the economic benefits of the project after the structural design optimization are large,and it also proves that the optimization of the structural design is in line with the needs of the actual project.(4)The optimized prefabricated steel structure residence has great promotion value.It can form a steel structure assembled building system for promotion and application,especially the use of cold-formed steel columns and hot-rolled steel.It reduces the difficulty of batch processing and production in factories,improves production efficiency,and reduces engineering costs.
