Research On Commercial Building Design In Xi'an Qujiang New District

With the rapid development of China's social economy,the design of commercial buildings in residential areas has gradually become one of the key points in the design of residential areas.The development concept and planning layout of residential areas have also changed.Against this background,studying commercial buildings in residential areas has certain value and significance in improving the commercial system of residential areas,promoting the development and construction of urban residential areas,and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of residents.Since there is little research on commercial building design in residential areas at home and abroad,research on commercial building design in residential areas is very necessary.This paper studies the types of commercial buildings in the residential area of Qujiang New District through case studies and comprehensive strategies,and summarizes them from the survey: 1.The main types,planar forms,and general layout of commercial street shops in Qujiang New District,Scale and area,indicators,types and distribution of business formats,facades and external environment,and the current characteristics of residents 'satisfaction;2.The layout,scale,streamline,floor plan,and format of Qujiang New District's residential commercial streets The current characteristics of types and proportions;3.The current characteristics of the types,space dimensions,and evacuation staircases in the shops of Qujiang New District's residential and commercial streets.At the same time,the advantages and problems of commercial buildings in Qujiang New District are summarized.According to the survey results,the overall planning and development of commercial buildings in residential areas,street commercial store design,pedestrian commercial street design,single room retail store design,commercial format distribution,external environment and facade design,transportation and parking design,full process design,policies and regulations Suggestions and optimization strategies were put forward in such aspects as timeliness.And taking Qujiang Vanke Oriental Legend Project as an example,it carried out the commercial building design practice in the residential area,and provided an example basis for the commercial building design in the residential area.This study not only inspires the design and improvement of commercial buildings in residential areas in the future,but also supplements the relevant theories of commercial buildings in residential areas and provides reference suggestions.
