With the rapid economic development,China has leapt to become the second largest economy in the world.The economic boom has brought rapid business growth,which in turn has promoted the development of the domestic retail industry.Large commercial buildings such as shopping malls and commercial complexes are widely recognized by the market and commercial operators and developers during the commercial development process as large emerging commercial forms.In major cities,large commercial buildings have shown huge development potential and become commercial An important part of real estate.While the commercial market is developing,it is also undergoing rapid changes,and the operating methods of commercial projects are constantly being adjusted.However,traditional architectural design practitioners do not understand the consumption model,commercial operations,and commercial real estate development logic.The design research at the stage also rarely discusses from these aspects,resulting in the inability to understand the needs of consumers and operators in the design work,making the final design results unsatisfactory.Therefore,the research of this subject aims to study the trends of business change,optimize the business project planning and design strategy from the perspective of business model development,and provide theoretical support for the work and research of commercial building developers and designers.The construction and operation of commercial projects is a multi-disciplinary and cross-professional project.The research choices for large-scale commercial projects from the perspective of planning,design,and operation are reviewed from the perspective of theoretical research,case studies,and other methods.Course,and integrated the perspectives of commercial,real estate,architecture and other disciplines,starting with a multi-disciplinary approach to discuss commercial building design and planning strategies.From the perspective of business theory,this article studies the related concepts of consumers,commercial markets,commercial real estate,and so on to explore the basic theoretical basis of commercial building design.At the same time,by analyzing the design characteristics of successful commercial building projects,the main elements and principles in commercial building design are summarized,and the changes in the consumption and business models behind them are summarized through the development of commercial projects,and the design theory and strategies are summarized.Based on the previous research,starting from the perspective of consumption mode and commercial operation,the design strategies of today's large-scale commercial projects are summarized,including planning principles,business format ratios,and spatial streamlines.Finally,it applies its theory to actual projects,combines theory with actual engineering projects,proposes innovative business models and architectural forms,and proposes a new idea for the possibility of large commercial building development.In the future,the development of commercial projects will certainly be faster,but in essence,it will adhere to the "people-oriented,diversified development" concept,and pay more attention to the "emotional,integrated,and integrated" characteristics in the design,and thus generate a more adaptive future market Business form.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of this article,the development trend and direction of large-scale commercial buildings will be explained,which will guide the planning and design of large-scale commercial building projects in the future,and provide a certain reference value for future research.
