The rapid construction progress of highway engineering projects and the non-standardization of safety management make the safety management problems of highway engineering projects in China prominent and frequent safety accidents.Therefore,the construction safety management of highway engineering projects in China is facing a severe situation.Based on this,exploring the safety problems existing in the construction management of highway engineering projects,evaluating safety management and improving the current safety management situation have become an urgent problem to be solved in highway engineering project management.Based on this,this paper takes B Company highway project as an example,analyzes and evaluates the safety management in the construction of the project.Firstly,based on 4M theory,from the aspects of human safety management behavior,physical safety management behavior,environmental safety management behavior and safety management mechanism,the final evaluation index system of construction safety is constructed through index filtering and screening.Secondly,entropy weight method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to determine the weight of safety evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of construction safety is established.The grade of safety management evaluation of the project is determined by fuzzy transformation.Finally,according to the evaluation results,specific safety management precautions are proposed from the aspects of safety management objectives,safety management organization structure,system and norms.Based on the research in this paper,the highway engineering project construction safety management evaluation index system and safety management evaluation model can provide reference for the construction safety management decision-making work of highway engineering projects,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents during project construction and improve safety management.The level has certain theoretical and practical significance.
