Construction post-project evaluation is the holistic evaluation for the preparatorywork, the implementation of the project, the economic benefits and sustainability. Themethods Provides a systematic approach and experience for The good operation of theproject itself experience of the system for the good operation of the project itself andfuture improvements, and its also provides basis for decision making for similar projects.It is an effective means to improve the construction project investment decisions andproject management level.With the deepening of China’s economic reform and project managementmethodology gradually go with the world, post-project evaluation has become animportant methods and tools to improve investment efficiency and the level ofdecision-making. Currently, construction post-project evaluation still lacks its owncomplete theoretical system. Applying the theoretical methods of project evaluationalone has been unable to meet its internal demand and huge market demand.This paper reviews the research status, comprehensive study of the ConstructionProject. Evaluation theory, methods and application system, and introduce the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight to evaluate a constructionproject.Firstly, according to the content of the project management set up constructionprojects evaluation index system. Secondly, using the weight assignment method basedon entropy weight to find the objective weight of each index. And then use the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation to establish project evaluation model, combine both methodsto post-project evaluation of the construction project. Lastly, through a constructionproject assessment and evaluation results to see whether the project achieve the goal ofbuilding, whether it has good capacity for sustainable development. Experience gainedand lessons learned, has a direct role in guiding the future construction of similarprojects. Compared the evaluation results with the actual situation, confirms the methodis practical and scientific and it is a scientific method suitable for decision-makingproblems in the field of soft science which have multi-level and multi-factor.
