In order to provide scientific basis and practical reference for the plant landscape construction in the city of Guigang,Guangxi,this paper takes five existing public parks of Guigang,namely,Guigang Garden Expo Park,Ethnicl Culture Park,East Lake Park,Macaojiang Ecological Park and Nanshan Park as the research objects,conducts a comprehensive field survey of its landscape plant species resources,and uses AHP — Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate its plant landscape from three aspects: ecological benefits,landscape effects and service functions.According to the results of investigation and statistics,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of landscape plant species resources and plant landscape of public parks in Guigang,and put forward some suggestions for optimization.The main results of research are as follows:(1)The survey findings of landscape plant species resources: there are 334 species of landscape plants in Guigang’s public parks,belonging to 249 genera of 103 families.(1)According to the statistics of taxa,there are 13 species of 12 genera of 8 families of ferns,13 species of 10 genera of 7 families of gymnosperms,218 species of 158 genera of 69 families of dicotyledonous,and90 species of 69 genera of 19 families of monocotyledonous.The dominant families are Leguminosae,Gramineae,Moraceae,Palmae,Liliaceae,Araceae,Euphorbiaceae and Myrtaceae.(2)According to the statistics of park unit,there are 210 species of 163 genera of 84 families in Guigang Garden Expo Park,226 species of 175 genera of 75 families in Ethnicl Culture Park,179 species of 142 genera of 70 families in East Lake Park,140 species of 111 genera of 57 families in Macaojiang Ecological Park and 116 species of 92 genera of 51 families in Nanshan park.(3)According to the statistics of species density,the species density of Ethnicl Culture Park(11.85 species / hm2)is the largest and far greater than other parks.(4)According to the statistics of life-form,the woody plants are dominant,reaching 227 species(accounting for 67.96%),and the ratio of woody plant species to herbaceous plant species is 2.12:1.(5)According to the statistics of ecotype,light-loving plant species(accounting for44.31%)are the most in the light type,temperature-loving plant species(accounting for 47.90%)are the most in the temperature type,neutral soil plant species(accounting for 56.29%)are the most in the soil type,and mesophyte species(accounting for 58.68%)are the most in the water type.(6)According to the statistics of native characteristic,there are 243 species of native plants(accounting for 72.75%),and the index of local woody plant is 0.74.(7)According to the statistics of seasonal characteristics,there are 162 species of evergreen trees(accounting for 71.37% of woody plant species),and the ratio of evergreen tree species to deciduous tree species is 2.49:1.(8)According to the statistics of ornamental characteristics of plant,viewing flower plant species(accounting for 47.90%)and viewing foliage plant species(accounting for35.33%)are the most.(2)Analysis and summary of the survey findings of landscape plant species resources.(1)Features: rich diversity of landscape plant species;mainly evergreen species;widespread application of native plant species.(2)Existing problems: the application of liana is less;the index of local woody plants needs to be improved,and there are a large number of invasive plants;the application of the city flower is lack of innovation,and the application of the city tree in garden is rare.(3)Optimization suggestions: apply lianas according to local conditions;vigorously develop local wild woody plant resources,scientifically prevent and control the harm of invasive plants;increase the application of city flower and city tree.(3)The evaluation results of plant landscape: the overall score of plant landscape in Guigang’s public parks is 76.785,and the evaluation grade is "good".(1)The ranking of parks scores: Guigang Garden Expo Park(80.786)>East Lake Park(78.412)> Ethnicl Culture Park(77.924)> Macaojiang Ecological Park(74.948)> Nanshan Park(71.854),Guigang Garden Expo Park,East Lake Park and Ethnicl Culture Park are "good" grade,while Macaojiang Ecological Park and Nanshan Park are "medium" grade.(2)The overall score order of the criteria layer: Ecological Benefit(78.607)> Service Function(76.221)> Landscape Effect(74.394),Ecological Benefit and Service Function are "good" grades,and Landscape Effect is "medium" grade.(3)The top 6 in the overall score of the 15 indicators in the indicator layer are "Purified Air" "Native Characteristic Of Community" "Plant Growth Status" "Comfort" "Cultural Connotation and Artistic Conception" and "Leisure and Recreation",all of which are "good" grades;the last 3 are "Color Richness" "Species Richness Of Community" and "Popular Science Education",all of which are "medium" grades.(4)Analysis and summary of the evaluation results of plant landscape.(1)Features: good ecological benefits,healthy plant growth;rich plant cultural connotation;strong comfort in plant space and perfect leisure and recreation functions.(2)Existing problems: the species diversity of wetland plant communies is low,and the wetland landscape in winter is poor;the proportion of flower-watching,fruit-watching and color-leaf plant species is insufficient;the facilities of plant science popularization are scarce.(3)Optimization suggestions:enrich the species diversity of hydrophytes,pay attention to the construction of wetland landscape in winter;enrich the species of flower-watching,fruit-watching and color-leaf plant species in plant communities;improve the plant science popularization facilities.
