Research On The Plant Landscape Evaluation Of The Park In Puyang

This paper is based on professional advice and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the angle of garden plant landscape design, in view of its feature, it forms an indicator system of evaluation for the plant landscape, which consists of two projects---the quality and the effect, six elements---diversity, coordination, distinctiveness and ecological, social and economic effectiveness, as well as twenty-three indicators. What's more, it has accomplished the construction of the evaluation system to calculate the weighing and combination weighing of the indicator.According to this evaluation system, applying the theory and ways of every landscape evaluation paradigm, it makes evaluation of different levels to the major parks in Puyang city from the angle of professors and general citizens. Demonstrated by the analysis result, the plant landscape of major parks in Puyang city has achieved a good level either in terms of general citizens or professors. The results of landscape quality and landscape effect made from professor have little difference. In addition, the assessment results made from professor and general citizen are uniform as well.Meanwhile, the plant landscape preference has been researched. The consequence shows that the majority prefers to ever green plant, flowering plant and lawn; which enjoying the plant landscape, they concentrate most on the flower, paying less attention to the appearance and leaves. The preference of empty grassland, open forest and thick forest are relatively on average. The beholders' gender has little connection with the preference of plant landscape. The preference among people of difference ages has little difference; however, the preference among people of different cultural degrees is quite different.
