With the rapid development of China’s economy,real estate development project is more and more,funding,time control,resource optimization and quality control in the integration of project management,schedule management as part of project management,is closely connected with the relationship between the engineering quality,engineering cost,is also the basis of ensure project completed on schedule,schedule management directly determines the project can be completed smoothly,relationship between the real estate development enterprise reputation and the company benefits.Schedule management is the main direction of the research focused on the use of specific to a particular schedule management method,according to a specific construction problem,it will not be able to cover whole life cycle of the project,led to the lack of total project progress,in this paper,in combination with the practical case of LH,real estate development project,the project can be divided into infrastructure,mechanical and electrical,decorate three division,each division USES different methods of schedule management,and according to the detailed schedule management method,using different control measures,effectively guarantee the work of the project schedule.Paper first introduced the domestic and foreign advanced methods related to project management and schedule management,and from this article will use the cross road map,the network plan of these two kinds of progress,said method commonly used for schedule management work WBS decomposition method,the key line,earned value method,etc,and after the construction schedule,the schedule control measures and steps,then the LH description of project and specific content of the construction of real estate development project are introduced,and lists the construction scale,the Israeli period forecast for a later chapter,in order to better promote the construction schedule management,To ensure that the progress can be carried out as planned,a construction organization with clear responsibilities,unified command and clear administrative orders has been established,and some problems encountered in the current project progress plan have been analyzed.Integrated use of earned value method,the critical path method,network plan,crossing graph to manage the construction progress,not only can effectively manage theconstruction schedule control,also can ensure the schedule management is more targeted and scientific,the LH real estate development project schedule management,make the project in strict accordance with the original time limit for a project completed,not only guarantees the construction progress,also won the honour and profit for the enterprise,embodies the value in the modern real estate development project schedule management.
