With the continuous development of modern high-end technology and the updating of military weapons and equipment,the role of military metrology technology in equipment integrated support is becoming more and more obvious.Accurate on-site measurement of instruments and instruments can not only save money and time,but also help fighters to accurately and quickly grasp the technical status of weapons and equipment and play their combat performance.The more advanced and developed the equipment,the more prominent the position and role of measurement.Modern warfare requires that weapons and equipment should be connected,measured accurately and accurately,all of which need to be measured to ensure.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of military metrology support in our country to develop a set of measurement system with strong mobility and complete functions,and to use automatic testing technology to improve the measurement efficiency of the system.Aiming at the requirement of mobile metering equipment support,this paper focuses on the subject of ensuring the accuracy of mobile metering,and studies three key technologies,namely,the scheme design of instrument mobile metering system,the design and implementation of automatic test system.The work of this paper focuses on:(1)Determining the design requirements of the mobile measurement system for instruments.(2)Studying the design of software and hardware for automatic testing,designing a technical scheme suitable for the system,and determining the connection of the test system equipment cables,realizing high-efficiency automatic measurement for on-site and rapid verification of equipment instruments.(3)The design and implementation of the system confirms that the system is carried by the chassis of the military off-road vehicle.The customized cabin is used to provide a stable temperature,humidity and electromagnetic shielding environment for metering,and anti-vibration and anti-static design are carried out.The cabin is equipped with high-precision metering standard source,automatic measurement and control system,stable and reliable power supply and distribution system,and the space utilization in the cabin is reasonable.Operating space meets the requirements of ergonomics and meets the requirements of various technical indicators of instrument and instrument mobile metering system.(4)The system is tested and validated,and the validity of the design is verified by the test results.The main work of this paper is to design a scheme of automatic test system.Through the combination of hardware and software,the scheme realizes the function of automatic testing,and configures a programming-free software development platform,which reserves interfaces for future equipment.It can develop calibration instrument programs of various types at any time,without the need to write tedious computer program codes.It has the advantages of high accuracy,high efficiency,good operation stability,small human intervention and few human errors.The efficiency of measurement and calibration is doubled,and the purpose of on-site and rapid measurement and calibration of equipment and instruments can be achieved.
