Research On Universal Design Of Aircraft Ground Support Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system of aircraft ground support mainly provides the hydraulic power for the detection of aircraft hydraulic system on the ground.The hydraulic equipment for ground support of active aircraft has many problems,such as huge volume,poor follow-up support,lack of water removal function,etc.It can not be used for general support of fighters,bombers and other aircraft types.In this paper,a universal hydraulic system for aircraft ground support is designed,and the following work is mainly accomplished:1.Overall design of hydraulic system for aircraft ground support.The technical specifications of the hydraulic system for aircraft ground support are determined,and a general aircraft ground support hydraulic system with functions of aircraft hydraulic system performance inspection,aircraft hydraulic oil filling,oil purification,self-refueling and flow coverage of 110L/min is designed.2.Structural design and hardware selection.According to the overall design and technical specifications of the hydraulic system for aircraft ground support,the structure design of the shelter,the design calculation of power,hydraulic and electronic control components and the selection of hardware are completed.3.Vacuum dewatering design.According to the principle of vacuum dewatering,a vacuum dewatering device was developed.The effects of vacuum pressure,oil temperature,flow rate and initial water content on dewatering performance were investigated by orthogonal test method.The optimum conditions of vacuum dewatering were determined,which provided a solution for dewatering problem of aircraft ground support hydraulic system.4.Test verification.The performance tests of hydraulic system pressure and flow,oil temperature control,oil solid contamination control and confluence of aircraft ground support verify that it meets the requirements of the target,and the combined support of aircraft ground support test verifies that it meets the different flow requirements of aircraft.This paper develops a general aircraft ground support hydraulic system which can cover the ground hydraulic support of fighters,bombers and other aircraft types.It provides a strong support for solving the problems of various types,types and maintenance difficulties of aircraft ground support hydraulic system.
