Nowadays,under the fierce market competition environment,the era of large-scale production has come to an end,and enterprises are suffering the impact of globalization.Not only do companies face fierce competition from the same industry,but also they should meet the diversified needs of customers.Lean production is one of the most advanced methods of production,and it enhances the competitiveness of enterprises greatly,and it can quickly respond to the customer needs.So it has been recognized by more and more companies.This article takes T company as an example,T Company is a leading professional manufacturer of clutch assembly in China.Due to strategic needs and business development,The demand for parts in the stamping workshop is expected to double,so T company decided to implement lean production.Vale Flow Charting is an important tool to implement lean production,it helps identify internal waste,which can take appropriate measures to eliminate waste and to improve efficiency and productivity at the same time.This paper takes the products of stamping workshop of T company as the research object based on Value Flow Related Theory,through the field investigation,the field measurement and so on,the related data and information is collected.The production status,process flow and production layout of the workshop are analyzed,then map the value flow of the appearance,find out many reasons that affect the productivity of workshop,the main reasons are analyzed by ISM.Lean production tools such as process optimization,pull production mode,layout improvement and 5S management can achieve optimization.Developing an ideal future value stream mapping to guide the implementation of the improvement programme.Finally,by optimizing the operation flow,the balance rate of the production line is improved,and the customer beat is reached;the production cycle is shortened by pulling the production mode;the on-site layout of the workshop is improved,and the logistics path is shortened;the detailed plan for the implementation of 5S management is formulated;the rationalization proposal system is also implemented to promote the continuous improvement.Through the application of value flow chart analysis and lean production,the enterprise's competitiveness is improved,and the customer's needs are met,and the desired improvement goal is achieved.
