Research And Application Of Intelligent CAPP Technology For Key Parts Of Marine Diesel Engine

3D digital manufacturing technology has been widely concerned by the industry and academia since its birth.In the 21 st century,with the development of virtual reality,rapid prototyping,network communication and big data technology,manufacturing activities have also begun to move towards the direction of automation and intelligence.In order to solve the domestic some large Marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise in the process of product manufacturing,the existing process design model of route design standardization,poor information management process,uniform,process knowledge reuse rate is low and process model design problems such as large storage capacity,build a process design system overall scheme based on MBD,launched an intelligent CAPP system key technology research.MBD model is taken as the collaborative information source of the process design system.On the basis of the original integrated process design system,research is carried out on the intelligent design technology of machining process route and the lightweight and automatic generation technology of 3D process model,so as to improve the intelligence degree of the integrated CAPP system.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the system running process are verified by taking the connecting rod of the key parts of diesel engine as the object.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Construction of intelligent CAPP system architecture.Based on the requirements of product manufacturing,this paper analyzes the design requirements of the system,establishes the research objectives of the system,designs the overall architecture and functional modules of the system,and introduces the development technology of the system.(2)The intelligent decision-making technology of the processing route of Marine diesel engine is studied.The process transaction set is formed by mining association rules of process files.The hierarchical model of machining technology is built,and the BP neural network is used to train,and the process information is iteratively decided,so as to complete the intelligent design of machining technology route.(3)The automatic generation technology of 3D process model based on lightweight is studied.Using the model view of 3D software to organize the process/step model,the design of lightweight process model is realized.The mapping relationship between machining features and synchronous modeling method is established,and an algorithm of process model generation is designed.(4)The intelligent CAPP prototype system was developed.On the basis of the research of the above key technologies,the design and development of the intelligent CAPP system for the key parts of Marine diesel engine is completed.
