With the rapid development of the aerospace field in recent years,the thermal analysis and design of thermal control schemes for satellites have become increasingly important.In this paper,spin micro satellites are taken as research objects,theoretical thermal analysis and numerical simulation temperature analysis are carried out,and thermal control design is carried out in a targeted manner.This article first introduces the characteristics of the satellite's working environment,and gives its heat balance equation,heat conduction equation and radiation equation.The satellite is simplified according to its small size,small mass,and high spin speed.The model of the internal and external dual nodes is established,and the heat balance equation is established according to this model.Because of the radiation term in its heat balance equation,it is difficult to solve.In this paper,in solving the satellite's thermal balance equation,three methods are used respectively: lumped parameter method,equivalent linearization method and RungeKutta algorithm.And compare and analyze the pros and cons of the two analytical methods.The analysis shows that the errors of the two approximate methods are small,and the maximum error does not exceed 10-2.When analyzing the effect of heat capacity on temperature,the maximum error of the linearization method is about 1% for the average temperature of the external nodes.But for the temperature amplitude,the error is relatively large,ranging from 9.9 to 12.5%.Afterwards,a micro satellite was analyzed,and its working temperature range was-17.3 ? 29.2?.According to the characteristics of the cube satellite,the scheme of adopting passive thermal control measures was initially determined.Measures such as gold plating,film sticking,and heat insulation mat laying are adopted respectively.The results are as follows.After gold plating on the outer surface,the temperature range is-8.9 ? 42.2?.Lay heat insulation pad under the solar cell,and paste F46 film on the PZ surface of the satellite,the temperature range changes from-21.2 ? 16.6?.No film is used on the PZ surface,and the temperature range is-14.4 ? 22.7?.After heat insulation is applied to the NZ cell,the temperature range is-3.17 ? 30.1?.And gold plating on the NZ surface,the temperature is optimized to-0.73 ? 33.4?.For the battery pack inside the satellite,consider using multiple layers of insulation material to wrap it,and after the bottom surface is insulated,the temperature range of the satellite does not change much.
