Water is the source of drinking water for most of China,and it is not fully calculated that most of the areas have the problem of substandard iron and manganese ions.Excessive consumption of iron and manganese can seriously harm human health and hinder production and development.The removal of iron and manganese ions has natural oxidation,contact oxidation and oxidative oxidation.These methods have both advantages and disadvantages and cannot be effectively promoted.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the underground water quality in Shenyang from slightly polluted groundwater iron manganese primary manganese removal bacteria obtained through separation and purification,to study the physiological and biochemical characteristics and the space-time change of bacteria in biological filter layer.Studies have shown that extracellular enzymes are affecting the MSB to four mainfactorsof Mn2+degradationability.Bymonitoringtheremovaleffectof MSB-4 on the iron and manganese of high iron and manganese groundwater,iron and manganese ions wereremovedbychangingtheiroxidationreactionsundertheactionofmicroorganisms.In addition,microorganisms can break down the Mn Ox to obtain energy for itself to achieve metabolic and growth reproduction.In order to promote the microorganism to promote each other,synergistic effect and improve the degradation performance.The separation can effectively remove the compound advantage bacteria of iron manganese and ammonia nitrogen in the actual operation.On the basis of this study,the characteristics of iron manganese and ammonia nitrogen removal and the effect of temperature,p H and substrate concentration on the properties of water purification were studied.T1 and T3 bacteria have a wide range of efficient and effective removal of iron and manganese.Xseries bacteria in more than 15 ?is in addition to ammonia nitrogen effect is best.Strains of formula split method is used to study the best mix proportion,the study found that when the T2,T3,T4,T5,X2 = 0.36:0.19:0.06:0.31:0.08,liquid mixture of iron ion,manganese ion,the average removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen ions.The process of purificationof micro-contaminated water by microorganism was found to be applied to the actual running water plant.This project applied to the type of Zhai home alongside the river water,for long-term monitoring of the system,foundthat system stability after the operation,water,ammonia nitrogen concentration significantly reduced iron manganese ions,meet the national drinking water standard,water quality has been effectively improved.
