With the continuous development of industrial technology,the application of hydraulic drive is more and more extensive,and the market demand of hydraulic pump is larger.The swashplate axial piston pump has many advantages,such as compact structure,light weight,small radial dimension and moment of inertia,high rotational speed,low manufacturing cost and so on,so it has a wider application prospect.In order to facilitate maintenance and solve the problem that large-sized swashplate processing exceeds the processing range of standard machine tools,the bearing plate is added to hydraulic pumps such as A4250.As an indispensable and important part in the swashplate axial piston pump,the bearing plate bears high and concentrated alternating load,as well as large contact stress and friction caused by load.The main failure mode is wear failure.Therefore,it is required to have high flatness and wear resistance.Pressure plate belongs to plate parts.The general processing flow of plate parts is adopted in the process flow.First,rough milling is carried out to remove the surplus,and then several grinding and finishing processes are carried out to obtain a higher flatness.However,in actual production,the pass rate of flatness of parts is very low,and the pass rate has not been effectively improved by tackling key problems of grinding and grinding for many times.This paper will overturn the conventional thinking,focusing on the analysis of the impact of roughing process on finishing process.Through the analysis of the structure,workmanship and deformation reasons of the whole part of the pressure plate,the coupling effect of the clamping force and cutting force in rough machining is studied.The stress generation and deformation mechanism in the process of the pressure plate are divided by the theoretical calculation,computer simulation and experiment of the clamping force and cutting force.Through analysis,it is concluded that the main reason for the deformation of bearing plate parts is the clamping method of rough processing under the existing technology.According to the structural characteristics of parts and the analysis of clamping force,the process optimization scheme is put forward.
