Swash plate axial piston pump has been used as the preferred core power component of hydraulic system because of its simple control,large power weight ratio,high volume efficiency,diverse variable forms and many other advantages.However,due to the unique internal structure and movement form of the plunger pump,the plunger chamber periodically communicates with the pump suction and discharge port through the flow distribution window in the process of the plunger pump to realize the energy conversion and power output of the suction and discharge,and the transient pressure in the plunger chamber is always in a periodic dynamic change of high and low pressure.The pressure transient process has an important effect on the friction,wear,fatigue,vibration,noise,flow pulsation,efficiency and reliability of the internal parts of the plunger pump.The accurate prediction and control of the pressure transient process in the plunger chamber is the basic problem in the design of the plunger pump.In this paper,a 40 m L/r inclined piston swash plate axial piston pump is taken as the research object.Through the combination of experimental testing and CFD numerical simulation,the pressure transient process changes in the plunger cavity under different swash plate inclination Angle,load pressure and speed,to provide theoretical basis and technical support for vibration and noise control of the plunger pump.The main contents of the study are as following:The first chapter: This paper expounds the research background and significance of this topic,summarizes the development of axial piston pump structure at home and abroad research status of pressure transient process in plunger chamber.The second chapter: This paper based on inclined plunger swashplate axial piston pump structure principle proposed plunger pump plunger cavity pressure transient process test scheme、sensor selection、parts design and the method of data collection and transmission,etc.,and analyzes the measured results of the pressure transient process in the plunger chamber of the plunger pump under low working conditions.The third chapter: This paper introduces the CFD numerical model of flow field of piston pump.The fourth chapter: This paper conducts kinematic analysis on the piston of the inclined piston swash plate axial piston pump,establishes the CFD numerical simulation model of the pressure transient process of the plunger chamber of the piston pump,verifies the model and tests the grid independence,analyzes the numerical simulation results under the experimental working condition parameters,and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution law of the flow field parameters of the valve pair of the piston pump under the rated working condition.The fifth chapter: This paper summarizes the full text research contents and results,puts forward prospect for subsequent research.
