With the continuous development of science and technology,economy and the continuous improvement of social and user demand for electricity,from the evaluation results of service satisfaction outside the State Grid Corporation and the internal 95598 business orders,the demand of power customers for sustained safe and reliable power supply,reducing the number and time of blackouts,and accelerating the speed of emergency repair and restoration of blackouts is gradually increasing.However,under the vertical and in-depth business management model,the existing distribution network fault diagnosis and fault command business model is difficult to meet the needs of users.With the deepening of the new round of power system reform and the full blooming of incremental distribution business,how to respond quickly and accurately to the power customers' demands on power grid fault recovery,and how to enhance customer perception,optimize business environment and enhance competitiveness are the issues that power grid enterprises need to study in depth.Based on the "Grid GIS Platform",this paper discusses in detail the methods,processes and achievements of Heilongjiang Electric Power Company in the construction of operation and distribution linkages,and draws a map of operation and distribution linkages with unified standards,unified models,data homology and real-time linkage.Based on the model of star topology hierarchical structure of power grid,the process and strategy of layer-by-layer diagnosis and analysis of distribution network and distribution equipment faults are studied.When the user's power equipment,380 volt low voltage wiring,10 kilovolt distribution transformer,10(35)kilovolt branch line and 10(35)kilovolt backbone distribution network fail to outage,by judging the live state of the parent node of the outage layer,the strategy and method of fault diagnosis and analysis of the distribution network of "integration of operation and distribution" are obtained,and through the analysis and verification of actual cases,the final establishment of satisfaction is achieved.New business process of distribution network fault repair business needs and user needs of power grid company.At the same time,based on word vector technology and Hidden Markov Model's Chinese word segmentation technology,through information matching and fuzzy computing,a fault repair dispatch list algorithm is established to form a new intelligent fault repair command mode.Relying on the information system and large data analysis results of power grid company,the research results of fault diagnosisstrategy of "integration of operation and distribution" and intelligent command mode of emergency repair are put into practice and application.Based on data fusion of "substation-transmission and distribution line-distribution Transformer-user power consumption and metering equipment",supported by business exchange and sharing of marketing services,equipment operation and maintenance,and power grid dispatching,and by means of digitized,standardized and modeled information technology,an intelligent command system for fault diagnosis and repair is established and implemented in accordance with the reality of Heilongjiang Province.Use.Through more than six months' test and verification and five months' practical application,the reasonable analysis of fault types,precise location of fault location,scientific allocation of emergency repair resources and real-time control of emergency repair progress are realized,the efficiency of fault repair in Heilongjiang Electric Power Company is improved,and the correctness and suitability of fault diagnosis strategy of "integration of operation and distribution" and intelligent command mode of emergency repair are verified.Usability.
