The urban water supply system is one of the important infrastructures for urban survival and development,and is also one of the important facilities reflecting the level of urban service.The main function of the water supply system is to extract,process and output the source water to the water supply pipe network while meeting the user's water quantity,water pressure and water quality requirements,and then use the secondary pressurized pump station to pressurize or directly supply the water reasonably deployed to the client.The ratio between the difference between the water supply volume and the water sales volume of the water supply enterprise and the water supply volume is the water supply production and sales difference,which is affected by the water supply method,pipeline material,pipe network length,water supply pressure,and the construction quality.The difference between production and sales can reflect the management level of water supply enterprises from the side.For example,a higher difference between production and sales is high will restrict the development of water enterprises.The normal operation of the pumping station is a necessary condition to ensure the normal water supply of the city.The secondary pressurized pumping station not only needs normal operation,but also needs to improve the working efficiency of the pumping station and reduce the overall operating energy consumption of the pumping station through multiple means and measures,thereby reducing the operating cost of the enterprise.In the context of energy saving and consumption reduction of water supply enterprises,energy saving and consumption reduction of pressurized pumping stations is an important issue in the operation and management of water affairs groups,and it is also a development trend in which enterprises reduce operating costs and increase economic benefits.This thesis takes Shenyang Water Group Co.,Ltd.Shenhe Second Branch as the research object.Systematic analysis of the operation status and energy consumption status of the pressurized pumping station shows that the company has a total of 116 pumping stations,including 103 secondary pressurized pumping stations,with an average daily water supply of 68000 m3.On this basis,the energy-saving retrofit plan of the pumping station is proposed,and the energy consumption after the pumping station transformation is analyzed.For example,the water supply can be saved by 20000 m3 per month by transforming the petrochemical pumping station.The average monthly water supply and power consumption before the renovation were 689959 m3 and 141956 k Wh respectively.The monthly average water supply and power consumption after the renovation were 537517 m3 and 117073 k Wh,respectively.That is,the monthly average water supply decreased by 152442 m3 and the monthly average consumption after the transformation.The power consumption is reduced by 24883 k Wh,which indicates that the transformation of the pumping station is effective in saving energy and reducing economic efficiency.In addition,this paper analyzed the current situation of the water supply system in Shenhe District in detail,including the loss of water supply network and pump station loss.Based on the leakage status,this paper analyzed the leakage technology from engineering technology and operation management.The results showed that the average leakage rate and leakage rate of the intranet in Shenhe District from January to September 2018 are 23.63% and 45.15%,the average leakage rate and leakage rate of the intranet in January-September 2019 were 25.59% and 57.41%,respectively.The study found that the leakage of the internal network pipeline and the "running and leaking" of the internal network lying bar are the main forms of internal network loss.The technical scheme for reducing leakage is also proposed.And the results showed that the leakage reduction scheme can effectively reduce the difference between production and sales.This paper analyzed the current situation of the secondary pressurized pumping station and the leakage of the pipe network in the second branch of Shenhe Water Group Co.,Ltd.,and proposes the energy-saving retrofit plan and leakage reduction technology of the pumping station.To a certain extent,it solves the problem of high energy consumption and pipe network leakage in the second branch of Shenhe District.At the same time,this paper provides a useful reference for other domestic water supply companies.
