The traditional secondary pressure-superposed water supply system is mainlylet the water from municipal pipe network discharged into the water tank,and thenby secondary pressure pump supply the users. The traditional way of water supply isactually will take the potential energy of water into water without energy,andwasted this part of energy.The residential secondary pressure-superposed and residual pressure utilizewater supply system, in which the main water supply pipe of the urban surroundingthe secongdary pressure-superposed pump staton not less than the minimumpressure of the users nomal use,then to maximn use of the residual pressure fromthe network pipe,but also will not affect the water supply reliabilty of thesurrounding users,and achieve the purpose of energy saving.And this system stillretains the water tank,can adjust the use of water,ensure the residents’ nomal watersuppy,but its volume is much smaller than traditonal system. So while it ensure thereliability of water supply,reduces the area, and saves captital constructioninvestmen at the same time.The whole experiment research content mianly includes:(1) reconstructiondesign and installation of the model of the residential secondarypressure-superposed and residual pressure utilize water supply system,and thencommissioning and operation;(2)simulat the use of water at the peak,average,andlow peak conditions,and then analyze the energy saving effect and economicalefficiency,and simulation and analysis of other factors affecting;(3)reserch on thevolume of the water storage tank of the residential secondary pressure-superposedand residual pressure utilize water supply system.Through the simulation experiment research and analysis, the secondarypressure-superposed and residual pressure utilize water supply system comparedwith the traditional frequency speed constant pressure water supply system.The peakof the water using time,energy saving efficiency is14.1%~23.3%, the averageenergy saving rate is18%;the average water using time, energy saving efficiency is31.5%~94.6%, the average energy saving rate is61.58%; low water peak timeenergy efficiency is16.8%~88.6%, the average energy saving efficiency is55.8%.The energy saving effect is much better in average water using time.The pump outletpressure is greater, the municipal pipe network perimeter protection pressure issmaler, energy-saving effect is relatively good. Through the experimentalsimulation,A method is proposed to calculate the water storage tank volume of theresidential secondary pressure-superposed and residual pressure utilize water supply system,it ensures the security of water supply and does not affect the userssurrounding the municipal pipe network, the system’s volume can be reduced about47.4%compared to the volume traditional storage tank.
