In the water supply project,the water pump is one of the most popular and important electromechanical equipment,and the energy consumption of the pump accounts for about 80-90% of the total energy consumption of the watersupply project.At present,the low efficiency of water pump in water supply project has seriously affected the effectiveness of energy saving in water supply enterprises.According to the comparison of technology and economy,this paper puts forward the application effect of water pump energy saving technology in water supply project.In this paper,the energy saving process of water supply project of Guihua water crossing project is analyzed.The energy saving technology of water supply project is analyzed from the aspects of technology and economy,and the energy saving technology of the water supply project of Guihua river is put forward.In this study,osmanthus Du water supply project as the research object,based on the principle of water pump,through the investigation of first-hand information,analyzed the impact of energy loss mainly due to water supply project,considering the factors affecting the pump selection,pump operation regulation mode,put forward the optimization measures for energy conservation of water supply project.To achieve the purpose of engineering economy energy saving operation.The measures to improve the energy saving effect of the water supply project of Guihua pass project are mainly carried out in the following aspects:(1)Through the water supply project water pump working conditions design reasonable pump selection,realize the water pump energy conservation.According to the actual characteristics of the actual water supply project,to find the operational conditions in the relevant regional pump operation may often occur,and to determine the high efficiency area of the selected water pump in this region.(2)Realize water pump energy saving through frequency conversion speed regulation.In practice,the relevant indicators should be integrated into the user's economic conditions,energy saving targets and equipment operation requirements,select the best technical transformation scheme of variable frequency speed regulation,to achieve energy-saving pump efficiency to improve the pumping device,obvious energy saving effect,and less investment,rapid effect,capital recovery period is short.(3)Water pump is used for economic regulation to realize water pump energy saving.In operation,reasonable water pump is selected and reasonable method is adopted to adjust the pump,so as to make the pump run in the high efficiency area,improve the efficiency of water pump and realize energy saving.(4)Energy saving can be realized by rebuilding pipeline network.In the water supply water pipe network transformation,to determine the diameter of the pipe by increasing economic velocity,diameter of the pipe to reduce flow;at the same time the original engineering roughness coefficient n value of the soil mixed with a large pipe,the replacement for the roughness coefficient n value of small steel and ductile iron pipes,to shorten the pipeline distance,dismantling pipe,valve,reducer tube,reduce local loss;operation,regular cleaning of pipe,prevent the smaller diameter.The multi-stage pressurization can be canceled to achieve the purpose of energy saving.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,it is found that the energy saving measures of the above four aspects have been adopted in Shaoyang Guihua water supply project,and the annual energy saving rate has reached12%.
