The aerospace mitsubishi 4K engine is a new type of engine developed for various environmental protection measures and emission regulations.Among them,the 4K cylinder head is the most core part of the engine,and its production process involves many core technologies and key technologies,and there are processing difficulties such as combustion chamber seat ring catheter processing and long oil hole.Production line combined with national intelligent manufacturing,all products in order to realize automatic transmission,the research is a process,so in the construction of a building a reasonable and efficient automated production lines,to focus on the workpiece automatic transmission demonstration of key technology,research and innovation design,can effectively guarantee the successful automatic production line construction,at the same time also can greatly reduce the production cost,to reduce the producer,ensure occupational health and labor strength,improve the production efficiency,also can make products quickly with good quality on the market,has important realistic meaning and the company long-term development.For 4K cylinder head seat tube processing key focus in research and analysis,this paper studies the valve seat tube finish machining difficulty and the seat surface processing cutting tool,Apollo guide bush theory design and demonstration of the cutting tools,at the same time benchmark diameter analysis demonstrates the rapid measurement technology,measurement process simple and fast,relatively pneumatic suspension measurement greatly reduce the cost.The processing technology of long inclined oil hole with key difficulties in 4K cylinder head is analyzed,studied and demonstrated.The processing method of both ends is changed from the traditional positioning processing method of guide sleeve to ensure the processing accuracy and improve the operating rate.The theoretical research and design of process hole sealing are carried out.The process control mathematical statistics and the dihedral Angle design are used to demonstrate the machining stability of the long oil hole and the sealing of the oil passage of the cylinder head.Automatic production line for 4K cylinder head in using innovative technology research,complete application materials to the finished product process design as the research key,from next makings robot movement characteristics,fixture design,3 d blister clapboard design aspects of in-depth research,and finish the domestic research on one of the few blanking process design and application,and implementation artifacts from the expected blanking process automation.Through the research of this topic,the difficulties in the long oil holeprocessing of the cylinder head during the construction of the automatic production line of 4K cylinder head have been solved,the processing scheme of the key technology seat ring conduit has been optimized,and the automatic transmission of the whole line of products has been realized,providing a solid theoretical basis for the establishment of the automatic production line of 4K cylinder head and stable and efficient production.At the same time in the research of the key technology completed the same industry finished product cutting lead application.
