Under the strong advocacy of the country,the concept of “sponge city” is continuously integrated into the development of the city.How to collect the effective discharge of rainwater is a hot topic in recent years.The drainage noise reduction asphalt concrete material can reach 15% porosity.This kind of road surface is widely used in road and bridge pavement engineering.It can effectively discharge the road area water,and it can become a key part of the “sponge city” emission system and has received more and more attention.On the basis of indoor test,this paper combines with physical engineering to do the following work: determine the optimum asphalt dosage and gradation parameters through indoor mix ratio test method to provide the basis for subsequent test to produce specimens;collect several representative limestone samples in Dalian and make a large number of specimens according to the asphalt mix ratio determined previously.The feasibility of limestone application in Dalian drainage and noise-reducing asphalt mixture is determined by comparing the relationship between the asphalt content and void ratio of limestone and basalt.On the basis of choosing the best limestone,the feasibility of limestone application in Dalian drainage and noise-reducing asphalt mixture is compared with that of basalt under the same conditions: high temperature stability,low temperature performance,water damage resistance and permeability.According to the test results,the feasibility of limestone application is further analyzed;and the Marshall Test design method is used to analyze whether limestone can provide enough strength for drainage noise-reducing asphalt concrete.The compaction temperature is selected as a characteristic value to simulate the field paving compaction temperature,and the compaction times are selected as follows: 35,42,50,57,65 simulation compaction work,uniform application.The design method scientifically designs several combinations to make samples,and finally determines the optimal combination by comparing the test data.On the basis of repeated laboratory tests,the following conclusions were drawn by combining physical engineering: from the comprehensive performance analysis of drainage and noise reduction asphalt concrete materials,limestone is selected as the aggregate is fully applicable;through the indoor mix ratio test,the optimum asphalt dosage of the drainage noise reduction asphalt mixture was 4.7%;the best forming method for pavement materials with drainage noise reduction by a large number of combinations of different types of test data is 50-degree double-sided compaction at 155 °C.
