Permeable brick pavement has broad application prospect because of its excellent environmental effect and ecological effect.However,there is still a big gap in the basic research and application level of permeable brick pavement in China compared with foreign countries.At present,the testing methods for the water permeability and recovery performance of permeable brick pavement in China are not perfect,and there are few researches on the water permeability of permeable brick pavement after long-term service.In view of this,the test method of permeability coefficient of permeable brick pavement,the permeability of permeable brick pavement and the recovery of permeability of permeable brick pavement are systematically studied in this paper.In this paper,a new test method of permeability coefficient of permeable brick pavement and a test method of permeability recovery coefficient are presented.The pervious device is simple in structure,convenient in processing and can improve the stability and accuracy of test.After the permeable brick pavement is installed,the joint material is filled to form the "self-permeable + gap permeable" permeable mode,which is conducive to the long-term permeable effect and the repair of permeable performance of the pavement.In this project,a model was used in the laboratory to study the influence of different gradations and particle sizes of joint materials with the same gap width on the initial road permeability coefficient and the water permeability after repeated clogging and cleaning.Considering the initial permeability coefficient of permeable pavement and the permeability recovery after use,as well as the maintenance work of permeable brick pavement,it is recommended to choose the mixture of quartz sand with particle size of50%(3-5mm)+ 50%(1.5-2.5mm),and add 0.6% epoxy resin of total weight of quartz sand as the joint material for the crack permeable pavement.In this paper,the single clogging material and composite clogging material are used to simulate the clogging process of gap permeable pavement,and the permeability recovery is used to characterize the permeability recovery of gap permeable pavement.It is shown that as the particle size of the clogging material decreases,the permeability recovery of the permeable pavement decreases more obviously.According to the actual situation of the road surface,the composition and dosage of composite clogging material during the test study of permeability recovery are proposed.In order to ensure the permeability recovery rate of the gap permeable pavement reach 80 %,the gap width should be set to 10 mm,and the cleaning measures should take double measures of vacuum cleaner cleaning with a vacuum of less than-20 k Pa and 2-4 MPa pressure water cleaning.
