Research On HY Nuclear Project Schedule Optimization Based On Criticalpath

As the world leading civilian 3rd generation NPP technology,AP1000 is the emphasis of continuing clean energy development.Due to the NPP construction characters of big disposable investment,long duration,etc,the duration optimization is of great significance to the control of NPP construction costs.AP1000 nuclear technology fully considered the design concept of modular construction,passive and streamlined system,so theoretically the construction duration of AP1000 is of much more advantage than traditional 2nd plus generation technology.As the first batch of AP1000 reliance project recipient and constructor,construction experience summary has significant referential,example,and demonstration meaning for the follow-up AP/CAP series units in China.Construction duration control is one of the four major controls,and on the basis of safety and quality,a shortened duration can greatly increase the economy of NPP,and decrease the environmental pressur e.The author of this article works at the project schedule management of nuclear engineer,by summarize the construction experiences of traditional civil NPP,and combining the project management theory,deeply dissecting the construction duration of AP1000 nuclear project and schedule plan,this paper analyzed the optimized practicable way of AP1000 schedule management,and summarized the schedule management experience of AP1000 project.By analyzing total duration and schedule plan of traditional 2nd p lus nuclear project and AP1000 reliance projects,for the schedule restraint issues,apply the nuclear project schedule management methods,analyze and optimize the total duration of AP1000 nuclear project.Combine to the project schedule and construction experience,sort out the major building’s construction critical path and duration.Summarized project construction experience,analyzed the practical of total duration optimization through design,main equipment manufacture,construction technology.Conclude and generalize the experience of AP1000 project schedule management.This article based on the schedule management theories,thoroughly analyzed reasonable duration of AP1000 nuclear project,and provides valuable reference for the follow-up AP/CAP series projects schedule optimization.
