With the continuous advancement of urbanization,Cities in northern China will provide power plants wirh heating functions which can not only supplement the problem of insufficient power in the area,but also provide industrial and households with low-cost heating heat and improvc utilization efficiency.In the implementation of such a large-scale engineering project in power plant construction.how to use scientifie,reasonable and effective means to achieve the purpose of effectively managing the progress of the project while ensuring the quality and safety of the project requires the in-depth managernent of the progress of the project,The exploration and research into a scientifie and refined management model has important significance for the healthy development of power plant construction.This article takes a thermal power plant engineering project in Wcinan as the research object.First,it analyzes the power plant engineering project schedule,project construction progrcss,and status quo influencing factors.It clarifies that the progress management process cxisiing in power plant engincering project progress management is unelear and the management staff are professional There are many problems such as low level,insufficient progress management of participating unitsb insufficient management consciousness of the supervision unit during project construction and insufficient predictability of project construction.In response to the above problerns,the critical path optimization method is used to shorten the construction schedule of the project's first-level netwok schedule as much as possible;by optimizing the project progress management proccss,management personnel,and participating units,etc.,the impact of accidents in the process is reduced Project duration;By optimizing the reward and punishment measures,on the one hand,the two parties to the contract pay more attention to the progress management of the project,on the other hand,it provides a good incentive for the parties to optimize the resource allocation and ensure the project duration.The research results help to continuously improve the progress management method of the power plant engineering construction project,shorten the construction period of the project,reduce the cost of construction,and improve the efficiency of project management.
