The traditional residential buildings in China are constructed by the cast-in-place method,and the cast-in-place technology is very mature,but there are some problems such as the high cost and the long construction period.In recent years,the state has promoted the prefabricated buildings vigorously,the research group proposed a new type of prefabricated light steel composite structure,which has the advantages of the low cost,convenient construction,energy saving and heat preservation,and no wet operation on site,it is suitable for the village and town houses and conforms to the development trend of the building industrialization.The research group has completed the seismic performance test of the walls and columns and the static load test of the beams and plates in the early stage,but the seismic performance analysis of the whole structure has not yet been completed.Firstly,this article starts with the modeling and analysis of the component solid finite element to verify the correctness of the simulation.A layered shell element suitable for this kind of structure is proposed in order to realize the overall analysis of the structure,the dynamic time-history response analysis of the structure is realized,the seismic performance of the prefabricated light ste el composite structure is evaluated,and the design suggestions are given.The research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The solid element modeling of the beams,plates,columns and walls in the prefabricated light steel composite structure was completed based on the ABAQUS,the reliability of the modeling method was proved compared with the experimental results,however,the calculation time was long and the efficiency was low,so the high efficiency modeling and analysis method should be sough t for the seismic performance analysis of the whole structure.(2)The modeling method of the prefabricated light steel composite structural member by the layered shell element was realized,the analysis results were compared with the testing results and the analysis results of the solid element model,which proved the rationality of the layered shell element used in the component modeling.The shell element model ran fast and could simulate the main mechanical properties of the components,which provided the possibility for the overall analysis.(3)Complete the whole modeling of three and six level prefabricated light steel composite structure in ABAQUS,discussing the modeling method of connection in prefabricated structure.The dynamic time-history response analysis of the two models under the frequent and rare earthquakes were completed,the seismic performance of prefabricated light steel composite structures was evaluated.The results showed that the structure had good seismic performance and high safety reserve.The damage process analysis of the structure was completed and the design suggestions were given.
