As an important public resource of urban space,urban park green space has typical public attribute characteristics.With the deepening of urbanization in recent years,under the background of prominent contradiction of urban land use and urban ecological problems,the reasonable planning and allocation of urban parks is particularly important.On the one hand,due to the partial imbalance of the layout fairness of urban park green space resources in China,it has become a common problem in many big cities.On the other hand,the limitations of the relevant national construction standards,which are guided by the quantitative index system,such as the green space rate and the per capita green space area,are gradually highlighted.In this context,how to improve the fair access of urban residents to all kinds of public resources has become a hot issue of social concern,which is also a consensus value goal in the in-depth development stage of urban urbanization.In this paper,the ecosystem service of park green space is used to measure the supply capacity of ecological conservation of park green space.The quality of cultural recreation of park green space is evaluated by natural landscape,quietness,safety,supporting facilities and maintenance management.The number of population in each block is used to measure the demand level.Combined with GIS network analysis technology and accessibility analysis method,the gravity type two-step method is used Mobile search method(g2sfca)is used to build the equity analysis model of urban park green space ecological service.The results show that:(1)the evaluation method based on the quantification of ecological services can expand the analysis of the spatial fairness of specific ecological services The evaluation of one dimension(leisure and recreation)has changed into two dimensions(leisure and recreation and ecological conservation),which has expanded the analysis dimension of the fairness of urban park green space layout,and is a supplement and enrichment to the existing evaluation methods of park green space fairness.(2)the fairness of park green space ecological service in the central urban area of Harbin is poor,and the area ratio of different ecological services at the level of "serious injustice" is very large;there is a gap in the fairness of ecological service in different administrative areas,the ecological service in Daoli District is significantly higher than the average level of the city,and the overall ecological service level in Daowai District is below the average level of the city.There are differences in the fairness of ecological services of different levels of park green space,and the spatial fairness of regional park green space is generally better than that of the city wide park green space;(3)there are differences in the fairness of ecological conservation services and cultural recreation,and there are significant differences in the fairness of different types of ecosystem services of park green space.(4)On the basis of the evaluation results of the fairness of ecological services,the paper puts forward three optimization strategies:(1)point layout,point community park and green space;(2)linear construction of urban greenway system;(3)area improvement and public performance of ecological services.The evaluation of the fairness of the spatial distribution of urban park green space based on ecosystem services can expand and analyze the spatial fairness of various specific ecological services compared with the traditional methods.In the process of old urban reconstruction,new urban planning and urban renewal,it is certain to compensate the ecological function of reasonably using available space and adjusting the layout of park green space so as to improve the urban fairness and justice Guidance value.
