Research On Settlement Management Of Construction Project Owners Under Asymmetric Information

In order to solve the problem that the owner's project settlement is difficult to control,improve the owner's project settlement management level,and promote the benign development of the owner's project settlement.The owner's project settlement management research based on the information asymmetry theory was conducted,and the owner's project settlement was constructed.The influencing factors of the owner's project settlement was analyzed under asymmetric information and the influencing factor system constructed.The general method and path of the owner's project settlement risk evaluatio were given,and the information asymmetry theory was used to settle the game research of settlement price review subject improvement measures and suggestions for the owner's project settlement management from the three aspects of before,during and after settlement in order to optimize the owner's project settlement management and improve the owner's project settlement management level.The main research contents and research results of this article are as follows:(1)Taking the information asymmetry as the entry point,combined with the current settlement management characteristics and methods of China's construction enterprises,the general settlement process of construction projects were analyzed,and a settlement information movement mechanism for construction project owner settlement based on this was proposed and then settlement information causes of asymmetry was studied.(2)Analyzing the basic problem of information asymmetry of construction project owner's settlement and the whole process and internal mechanism of owner's project settlement through theoretical model,introducing physics-affiliation-human theory to analyze the influencing factors of owner's settlement,and analyzing owners separately the influence of the internal and external people,things,and things on the owner's settlement,the owner's influence factor system was constructed from both internal and external aspects,and the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the owner's project settlement risk evaluation practice activities was combed.General steps.(3)Starting from the external factors affecting the settlement management of the owner,based on the principal-agent relationship,adverse selection and moral hazard core knowledge in the information asymmetry theory,the information asymmetry between different settlement entities is analyzed,and game theory is used Thinking,constructed a game model between different settlement entities,and explored the owner's optimal equilibrium point in different game analyses,with a view to providing further assistance to the owner's decision-making and judgment.(4)Proposing some measures and methods for the owner's project settlement management from the three aspects of pre-settlement management analysis,mid-settlement management analysis and post-settlement management analysis,through maintenance of supplier resources,rational design of contracts,introduction of review mechanisms,etc.Standardize the owner's settlement management.Figure[14] Table[13] Reference[70]...
